About the Role
Polofactory manufactures high-performance polo equipment, along with polo-inspired lifestyle clothing and accessories. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Management Intern to support day-to-day retail operations and gain practical exposure to sports merchandising and store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational activities across the sports retail business.
- Support inventory checks, stock movement, product organization, and replenishment coordination.
- Help monitor store processes and maintain accurate operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Identify routine process gaps and assist with practical improvements.
- Prepare basic reports and share updates on operational tasks and inventory status.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Interest in operations, retail management, sports products, or business processes.
- Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from the Jaipur location and collaborate with the team in a structured retail environment.
- Prior experience is not required; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
This is a three-month paid internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000. The role provides hands-on experience in sports retail operations, inventory coordination, process execution, and team collaboration.
