About the Role

The Diakonie-Sozialstation Niesky e.V. is seeking Pflegekräfte (m/w/d) for immediate commencement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement in a welcoming and compassionate approach to work with individuals requiring care.
• Demonstrating empathy, a sense of responsibility, independent work style, and a high degree of reliability.
• Contributing to a positive team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license is preferred.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A life attitude that is people-oriented and enjoys working with individuals in need of care.
• Empathy, responsibility, independent working style, and a high degree of reliability.
• Willingness to contribute to a good team collaboration.
• Training as a Health and Nursing Assistant, a qualification as a Nursing Assistant, or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
• Alternatively, experience as a caregiver for relatives or a strong interest in nursing work, combined with a willingness for further training and education.
• Willingness for shift work and weekend work.
• Driver's license Class B is preferred.
