About the Role
KultureHire is a job simulation platform focused on solving the employability challenge in India by providing structured, hands-on simulations that mirror real workplace scenarios. This role offers flexible, guided exposure to real-world data analytics workflows in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for analysis.
- Assist in building and updating reports, dashboards, and basic data models.
- Track performance and user behavior on the platform.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, identifying trends and patterns.
- Prepare clear summaries and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Foundational knowledge of Data Management (data cleaning, organization, documentation).
- Basic understanding of Data Modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline).
- Attention to detail and curiosity about data.
- Willingness to learn in a simulated work environment.
- Comfort working in a remote setting.
- Clear communication and ability to manage tasks independently under guidance.
