About the Role

Campus Outreach & Growth Internship at Airkrit India Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Airkrit India's training and internship programs.
• Connect with students, college clubs, and campus representatives.
• Support marketing and campus outreach activities.
• Identify students interested in Airkrit programs.
• Use CRM tools to manage and track leads.
• Share program details and registration links through WhatsApp, social media, and student networks.
• Generate and follow up with leads.
• Update lead details, status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Support student registrations and lead conversions.
• Maintain proper records and share regular updates with the team.
• Help the Airkrit team achieve outreach targets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• Good communication skills.
• Interest in marketing, business development, and campus outreach.
• Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn and work with targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, CRM, or campus activities is a plus, but not mandatory.
