Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, confident, and responsible Telecalling Executives to join our team. Candidates will communicate with customers, follow up on assigned leads, provide project-related information, and maintain accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.
• Follow up with existing leads and prospective customers.
• Explain products, services, or project details clearly.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or Google Sheets.
• Achieve project-specific targets and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with team leaders and report daily work progress.
• Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication skills in Telugu.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
• Punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or equivalent; graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.
