About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Engineering Associate to support product design, development, testing, and improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to help deliver reliable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product design, development, testing, and engineering activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.
• Conduct product testing and evaluate performance against established requirements.
• Collect and analyze test data to identify potential design or performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve product functionality and reliability.
• Assist with prototype development, product trials, and validation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for product-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering changes, test results, and development activities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers on technical matters.
• Assist with product lifecycle management and engineering change processes.
• Follow applicable engineering standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in product engineering, product development, testing, or a related role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, product design, and development processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with CAD software, testing tools, or engineering analysis software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
