Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2C travel leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
• Create and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
• Communicate with customers professionally and build strong relationships.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate and convince customers while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and customer experience.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Achieve individual sales and booking targets.
• Stay updated with popular destinations, hotels, activities, and travel trends.
