This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive / Sales Fresher role based in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers.
- Generate leads.
- Follow up through calls, meetings, and email communication.
- Present products or services.
- Explain value propositions.
- Handle basic objections.
- Support negotiation and closing of deals under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
- Prepare simple sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Learn and follow the company’s sales processes.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales aptitude: interest in lead generation, customer outreach, and closing sales.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Comfort with using computers and productivity tools.
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking software is ideal.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India.
- Ability to collaborate with team members.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is an advantage, but motivated freshers are welcome.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
