About the Role
- This is an internship position.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and refine system prompts for voice agents.
- Build and maintain knowledge bases from client documents.
- Integrate agents with external systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
- Test agents across call scenarios and log issues clearly.
- Assist with telephony setup and post-call automations.
- Prepare demo scripts and project documentation.
- Support client calls with notes and requirement tracking.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Any Programming Language
- Working understanding of APIs:
- REST methods
- Request/response structure
- JSON payloads
- Headers and authentication
- Ability to read API documentation and test an endpoint using Postman or curl.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate, any discipline.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail and structured thinking.
Good to have:
- Experience with webhooks or automation tools.
