This remote College Coordinator Internship role supports outreach and engagement activities with colleges and universities to promote NexCoder Academy’s AI programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outreach and engagement activities with colleges and universities.
- Coordinate with student bodies and faculty.
- Schedule and assist in online info sessions.
- Maintain communication channels for ongoing partnerships.
- Organize campus-level marketing initiatives.
- Collect and report feedback from students.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies.
- Manage contact lists.
- Prepare basic communication materials.
- Track responses and leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested students and institutions.
- Gain practical exposure to EdTech operations, stakeholder coordination, and education marketing.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and college stakeholders.
- Basic organizational and coordination abilities for managing schedules, contact databases, and follow-up activities.
- Interest in education, technology, and AI.
- Willingness to learn about NexCoder Academy’s programs and offerings.
- Comfort using common digital tools: email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup while meeting timelines.
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate, preferably in fields such as business, marketing, communications, or technology.
- Prior experience in student clubs, campus ambassador programs, or event coordination is an advantage but not required.
