Job Description

Logistics Executive

• Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.

Telecaller

• Contact customers and communicate company information.
• Handle enquiries and maintain customer records.
• Follow up with customers professionally.

Direct Mailing Executive

• Assist with email and direct-mail communication.
• Maintain mailing lists and contact databases.
• Support communication campaigns and related documentation.

Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate daily business operations and team activities.
• Maintain reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Help ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Innovation Creator

• Contribute creative ideas and suggest improvements.
• Assist with brainstorming and developing new concepts.
• Collaborate with the team on business improvement initiatives.

E-Commerce Content Writer

• Write product descriptions and promotional content.
• Create clear and engaging content for online platforms.
• Review content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.

Educational Qualifications
