About the Role
We are looking for a Project Management Intern who is interested in technology, operations, and AI-driven project execution. This role provides exposure to managing cross-functional projects in a fast-growing legal tech and SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking internal and client-facing projects.
- Support project managers in ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Task & Workflow Management
- Monitor project timelines and help maintain task trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with product, technology, legal, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- AI-Driven Project Workflows
- Explore and assist in implementing AI tools to improve project management workflows.
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reporting, and documentation.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates for leadership.
- Help create process documentation and workflow guides.
- Research & Process Improvement
- Conduct research on project management tools, AI automation, and operational best practices.
- Suggest improvements for project tracking and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in project management, technology, and startup operations.
- Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
