Role Description

Maritronix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site in Kharghar. The Account Executive will manage and interact with Vendors, Chartered Accountants, and Banks.

• Manage and interact with Chartered Accountants.
• Manage and interact with Banks.
• Comply with Labor & Tax Laws.

• Accounting Standards
• MS Excel
• Accounts Finalization
• Bookkeeping
• Reconciliation
• Familiarity with statutory compliance under Companies Act, 2013.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF/ESI, and Accounting Standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Accounts Finalization, Bookkeeping, and Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance under Companies Act, 2013.
• Comply with Labor & Tax Laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai (Kharghar).
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
