Key Responsibilities
- Connect with nurses and working professionals to understand their career aspirations and goals.
- Counsel candidates on overseas employment opportunities in Germany and Japan.
- Explain international career prospects, growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial benefits.
- Promote and sell German language training programs to interested candidates.
- Generate conversions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and regular follow-ups.
- Manage leads, maintain accurate candidate records, and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support candidates throughout the process.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduates from any discipline.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Counselling.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and counselling.
- Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
