About Borrowed Youth

Borrowed Youth is a homegrown streetwear brand from Bhopal, built for people who dress with attitude. We sell online at borrowedyouth.com and through our retail space in Arera Colony, Bhopal. We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion to grow with us.

The Role

As our Fashion Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of everything we do, from day-to-day operations to styling, product, and content. You’ll work directly with the founder, getting hands-on guidance and real exposure to how a fashion brand is built and run from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations across the store and online business, including inventory, orders, product listings, and store upkeep.
• Support all things fashion: styling looks, product selection, merchandising, trend research, and new drops.
• Plan, shoot, and manage content for Instagram and other social platforms, including reels, product shoots, and lookbooks.
• Help coordinate photoshoots, launches, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with the founder on brand direction, new ideas, and special projects.
• Assist customers and help create a great in-store and online experience.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for fashion and streetwear culture.
• A good eye for styling, aesthetics, and visual content.
• Comfort creating content for social media (shooting and basic editing on phone or camera).
• Organised, proactive, and happy to take on a variety of tasks.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal (this is an on-site role).
• Freshers and students in fashion, design, or media are welcome to apply.
