Key Responsibilities
- Performing cleaning in stairwells
- Cleaning windows and facades
- Applying special cleaning machines and agents
- Knowledge of basic cleaning, osmosis cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, underground parking cleaning, and graffiti removal
- Monitoring and adhering to hygiene regulations
- Documenting completed work
Qualifications
- Experience in building cleaning is desirable but not strictly required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a thorough work ethic
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical resilience
- Driving license class B is advantageous
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Specialized cleaning machines and agents
- Knowledge of Grundreinigung, Osmosereinigung, Hochdruckreinigung, Tiefgaragenreinigung, and Graffitientfernung
- Führerschein Klasse B (advantageous)
