About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Banking Intern located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in capital raising, M&A, and other advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, model creation, and valuation assessments for potential investments.
• Conduct due diligence.
• Prepare pitch decks and transaction materials.
• Perform market research.
• Support senior team members in coordinating and executing strategic transactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of finance and investments principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with due diligence processes.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
