Training forms part of onboarding into the Production Executive role. Fresh graduates and diploma holders in relevant disciplines are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory control: Verify incoming fish, shrimp, packaging materials and consumables against delivery documents. Record all stock movements, reconcile stock daily and flag discrepancies or replenishment needs.
  • Storage and cold chain: Store products at prescribed temperatures, maintain temperature logs and follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation. Organize batches for clear identification and retrieval.
  • Production: Follow daily plans and customer orders; process products to approved SKU specifications and cut standards. Track output, yield and wastage, and report deviations.
  • Packing and dispatch: Check weight, packaging integrity, product identification and labels. Coordinate with the customer-engagement and dispatch teams for accurate, timely order handover under prescribed temperature conditions.
  • Food safety and hygiene: Follow GMP, GHP, personal hygiene and PPE requirements. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils, and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Quality concerns: Identify and segregate damaged, expired, suspect or non-conforming products. Pause the affected activity where necessary, record the issue and escalate promptly. Follow authorized instructions before release or disposal.
  • Traceability and reporting: Maintain batch, production, stock, rejection and dispatch records in approved systems. Submit daily operating updates and weekly reports covering output, wastage, stock discrepancies, quality issues and corrective actions.
