Key Responsibilities

• Managing social media: Handling social media accounts, planning content calendars, managing posting schedules, and maintaining consistency.
• Thinking creatively: Generating content ideas, campaigns, reels, posts, and concepts.
• Giving creative direction: Briefing designers, video editors, and other creatives, clearly explaining requirements, and guiding the transformation of ideas into high-quality output.
• Coordinating with clients: Understanding client requirements, communicating updates, collecting feedback, and ensuring alignment.
• Managing projects: Tracking deadlines, following up with the team, handling multiple projects, and ensuring timely completion.
• Keeping up with trends: Staying informed about current social media trends and identifying relevant opportunities.
• Taking ownership: Proactively identifying and solving problems, and driving tasks to completion without constant direction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of how content works.
• Ability to think beyond metrics like likes and followers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage people effectively.
• Capacity to handle pressure, multiple deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Comfort in taking responsibility for work.
• Willingness to experiment, learn, make mistakes, and improve.

Qualifications

• Experience in freelancing is welcome.
• Understanding of content creation.
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to figure things out.
