Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Work Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM

Salary: 15K (target based)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Strengthen XpressEdu’s employer branding to attract a diverse pool of talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Strong skills in Interviewing, Evaluating Candidates, and guiding them through the application process.
• Experience with Employer Branding initiatives to promote XpressEdu as an employer of choice.
• Expertise in Recruiting processes with the ability to optimize and improve recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
