Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee CAM Engineer role based in Valsad and Ahmedabad. The Trainee will assist engineering and operations teams in supporting PCB manufacturing and assembly activities for overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing technical documentation.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Updating project records.
• Learning to interpret PCB layouts and process requirements under supervision.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate data entry.
• Timely communication with stakeholders.
• Adhering to quality and safety guidelines.
• Receiving structured guidance to develop practical skills in electronics manufacturing support and international customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC, or a related engineering field.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics or electrical engineering, with interest in PCB design, manufacturing, or assembly processes a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings, or specifications, or willingness to learn under guidance.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and commitment to following established procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate with team members and support international clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad or Valsad, contribute to team-based projects, and adapt to a structured training environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and build a long-term career in electronics manufacturing services.
