About the Role

The Business Development Associate – Fresher will support lead generation and client acquisition for The Website Makers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching potential clients and markets.
• Assisting in outreach activities.
• Updating client databases.
• Preparing basic sales presentations or proposals under guidance.
• Coordinating with senior team members to follow up on inquiries.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Maintaining clear communication with prospects.
• Learning about the company’s web design and development services to effectively explain offerings and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify opportunities, understand markets, and support business decisions.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in Fundraising or sales-related activities to assist in revenue generation efforts.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong motivation to work in business development are welcome.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru South.
