Embedded Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated software engineer to join our advanced technology team working on real-time communication and networking platforms. The role involves application software development, network integration, middleware support, and UI development for complex distributed systems running on custom Linux.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop application-layer software including configuration tools, dashboards, and system utilities.
• Support integration of networking protocols and distributed system components.
• Design scalable software modules following modern software architecture practices.
• Build real-time monitoring dashboards using modern UI frameworks.
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs and support middleware integration across subsystems.
• Assist in debugging, automation, and testing using scripting tools.
• Support database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for end-to-end deployment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or Java.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, sockets).
• Experience with UI frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Knowledge of Linux environment and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BCA with strong software background.
• MCA (preferred) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to distributed systems or real-time applications.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with message frameworks (ZeroMQ / Kafka / DDS).
• Experience with network debugging tools (Wireshark preferred).
