Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, and enterprise systems.
• Work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, clean code, and software-development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and basic data-access concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Exposure to automated testing tools such as JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar for unit testing, integration testing, and API testing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar will be considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
• Exposure to concepts like microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven applications will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with security concepts such as OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, authentication, and authorization will be beneficial.
• Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, caching strategies, scalability, reliability, observability, and troubleshooting will be considered an advantage.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates currently working as Junior Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, Entry Level Software Engineer, Software Engineer Trainee, Junior Software Developer, Software Developer, Application Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Web Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
• Internship, academic project, software project, coding project, backend project, frontend project, full stack project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time software-development experience can also apply.
