About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Jaipur. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on back-end services and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing clean and efficient code.
- Implementing object-oriented designs.
- Reviewing code.
- Debugging issues.
- Optimizing performance.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Documenting features.
- Participating in sprint planning and stand-ups.
- Following best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Back-End Web Development: working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying design patterns.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., nodejs, react, C#, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of basic DevOps practices.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
