About the Role
The Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Amendss’s services and brand in Gurugram. This internship role includes assisting with market research, collecting and analyzing user and competitor data, and helping to develop basic marketing strategies and campaigns. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and customer-facing teams to contribute to outreach activities, support sales efforts, and help maintain positive relationships with users and partners. This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research.
- Collect and analyze user and competitor data.
- Help develop basic marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Draft communication materials.
- Support social and offline marketing activities.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing function.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research, including gathering insights on users, competitors, and industry trends.
- Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and understanding user needs.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, positioning, and brand awareness activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Gurugram, with openness to learning in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and interest in mental health, relationships, or human behavior are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms; prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
