Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. This involves locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before customer pickup. Associates will make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed).
