About the Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, janitorial duties in dining services areas, and handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dish washing
• Pot washing
• General and equipment cleaning
• Storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Janitorial duties in dining room and kitchen
• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting

Qualifications

• 3 months work experience preferred
