About the Role
Launch 513 is expanding its presence in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is seeking energetic, motivated, and personable individuals to join their team as Communications Associates. This role offers an opportunity for individuals interested in communications, marketing, customer relations, and professional development. The team works directly with customers through face-to-face marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and community engagement initiatives for nationally recognized brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients through engaging, face-to-face communication and promotional campaigns.
- Build relationships with prospective customers while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate product information, service benefits, and promotional opportunities.
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives throughout Cincinnati.
- Participate in retail marketing events, community outreach, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives and performance goals.
- Attend ongoing training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.

Qualifications
