Associate AI Research & Operations Analyst

By working in the office five days a week, you will collaborate with various departments to explore, evaluate, and roll out next-generation AI tools, driving smarter business decisions and organization-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to experiment with AI solutions for real problems.
• Learn to craft effective solutions prompts and contribute to projects with measurable outcomes.
• Configure and build AI-driven automation solutions for internal business processes.
• Build prompts, data sets, and documentation to support AI project goals.
• Design, test, and iterate on different GenAI techniques and strategies for various AI tools and systems, optimizing for accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging AI trends and assess cutting-edge AI tool capabilities for effectiveness, scalability, and business impact.
• Support AI workflow development and evaluation, learning how AI systems are tested and improved in production environments.
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across teams and functions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good understanding of generative AI platforms, prompting techniques, and AI trends.
• Strong communicator, able to collaborate across functions, translate business goals into actionable plans, and lead process improvement.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science, Computer Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Statistics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience with prompt management tools or AI workflow platforms.
• Coursework, internships, or projects in AI applications.
• Understanding of transformer architectures and how prompting affects model behavior.
• Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt optimization.
• Interest in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, or multi-modal AI applications.
