About the Role
Village Green Dental Center is seeking a Chairside Dental Assistant (also known as Patient Concierge) to join their team. This role involves patient interaction from beginning to end of their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chairside during procedures
- Treatment plan and present next steps with patients
- Take payments and schedule follow-up appointments
- Make outgoing calls during downtime
- Track weekly stats and goals with leadership
- Provide customer service
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Spanish speaker preferred
- Eager to work full-time
- Must be available evenings and every other Saturday
- No dental experience needed; training will be provided.
