About the Role

Caviar Club is seeking dependable, hardworking Dishwashers/Stewards who take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. This role is essential to the success of our culinary team and offers opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all back-of-house areas.
• Keep dish machines operating efficiently and report any maintenance concerns.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors throughout service and after closing.
• Remove trash and recycling while maintaining a clean loading and dumpster area.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, shelving, equipment, walls, and other kitchen areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organization of storage areas.
• Support cooks and chefs with basic kitchen tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher, steward, porter, janitorial, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.
