About the Role
- Opportunity for a dynamic Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a growing team of employed physicians.
- Expansion of the OB/GYN program at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix, recognized as the top maternity hospital in the valley and a Level 4 maternity hospital by the AZ Perinatal Trust.
- Opportunity to be part of a growing Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and high-risk OB Hospitalist program.
- The selected candidate will be appointed to the faculty of the University of Arizona with a rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- This position is 1.0 FTE, equating to (91) 24-hour shifts annually, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a provider in the High-Risk Ob Hospitalist service.
- Collaborate closely with Labor and Delivery and MFM teams.
- Provide coverage for in-house High-Risk OB Hospitalist consults.
- Residency supervision is required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- AZ medical license obtained by start date.
- A collaborative team player with a desire to practice and engage in an academic setting.
