About the Role
Design and Production Inc. seeks a Lead AV Technician to join its award-winning team. This role involves leading a crew to design and install custom audio-visual experiences for museum exhibits. The work spans from shop floor fabrication to on-site installation nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on fabrication and installation of complex audio-visual systems.
- Leading a crew through shop builds and on-site installations.
- Troubleshooting across AV/IT/electrical/mechanical systems.
- Project coordination.
- Working from construction drawings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- PC hardware familiarity.
- Familiarity with QSC, Cisco, Juniper, ZeeVee, PLCs, and Ladder Logic.
- Entry-level know-how of CAD or Visio is a plus.
Qualifications
- Programming skills in Java, Python, or C+.
