Key Responsibilities
- Unpack stock from deliveries at a quick pace.
- Provide excellent customer service at registers and throughout the store, assisting customers with questions and item location.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization across all areas, including the parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse.
- Expand business knowledge by learning and completing tasks in the bakery, produce area, and weekly promotional set-up.
- Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks effectively as a team player.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
- Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
- Flexibility to work early shifts starting at 5 am or late shifts ending at 11 pm, including weekends.
- A positive attitude in the face of changing priorities.
- Friendly communication style with team and customers.
- Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.
