Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers.

• Answer questions and explain product features.
• Process transactions.
• Handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate point-of-sale (POS) records.
• Restock shelves and organize displays.
• Check inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Follow all applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in training to stay current on products and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (stocking, moving merchandise).
