Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: May range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression of the store.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
