About the Role
This is a Permanent, hybrid position based out of Lansing, MI. We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to make a career transition into technology. The role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and onboarding programs
- Learn and apply software development concepts, tools, and best practices
- Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining applications
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support technical solutions
- Collaborate with team members on projects and process improvements
- Document development activities and technical requirements
- Continuously learn new technologies and programming concepts
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree required
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or another analytical/technical field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exposure to programming through coursework, internships, bootcamps, or personal projects
- Familiarity with languages such as Python, Java, C#, SQL, or similar
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, or technical problem-solving
- Interest in software development, technology, and continuous learning
Qualifications

Pay And Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
