About the Role
Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Teacher for Precious Angels Child Center in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, inviting space where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow.
- Collaborate with your team to craft engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Guide play with toys, language, and activities, prioritizing safety and curiosity.
- Foster social skills and behaviors that help children thrive.
- Plan a daily schedule that balances quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor fun, and fine/gross motor activities.
- Share daily milestones with parents.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
- Flexible and ready to work during business hours.
- Hourly pay range: $16.50 - $20.50
Qualifications
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Passion for child development and early childhood education.
