Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience:
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service.
- Anticipate customer needs.
- Initiate conversations naturally.
- Offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Sales Floor Maintenance:
- Support product replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
- Fold, hang, size, and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Cash Wrap Operations:
- Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure a friendly and positive checkout experience.
- Online Orders:
- Support Save the Sale orders.
- Fulfill In-Store Pick-Up.
- Package ship-from-store orders.
