About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The role involves ensuring friendly, personalized service, great food, prompt delivery, and a clean, inviting environment. We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
• Operate cash registers or point-of-sale devices and use suggestive-selling techniques.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Exhibit prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Develop team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals.

• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Minimum age of 18 years to work opening and closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service work experience is helpful.
