About the Role
The Corporate Strategy team collaborates with Adobe’s top executives and its three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to drive the company’s growth trajectory. The team has been instrumental in significant strategic decisions, including the transition to cloud services and expansion into Digital Marketing leadership.
What You'll Do
As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will:
- Manage project teams to foster Adobe’s long-term growth.
- Lead independent initiatives.
- Gain unparalleled senior executive exposure.
- Often serve as a pathway to operational and general management roles within the company.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Intellectual curiosity and a deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends, and a long-term horizon.
- Ability to develop an ‘outside-in’ perspective on market opportunities and translate them into clear implications and recommendations.
- Structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into discrete elements.
- Hypothesis-led problem solver with executive presence.
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and a commitment to coaching and mentoring.
- Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of 3-4 years of leading transformational change.
- Experience ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy.
