About the Role

Adventure Loom is expanding its Houston operation and looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop practical leadership and business management skills. This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity with a focus on developing future leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning and supporting daily marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Engaging directly with customers and representing client brands
• Developing communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
• Working toward individual and team performance objectives
• Learning how campaign performance is measured and improved
• Supporting team activities and developing leadership skills through practical experience
• Gaining exposure to campaign coordination and business operations

Requirements & Tech Stack
