The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• An online assessment is part of the application process.

Qualifications

• Committing to hours of availability and maintaining flexibility is a core component of retail employment.
• Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store's timezone.
• Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM of the store's timezone.
• Specific schedules will vary by location, season, and business demands.
• Shifts are scheduled based on store needs and employment type.
• Managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within provided availability, but business needs may occasionally require working outside those hours.
• Business needs may also require providing additional or different availability from time to time.

Retail Expected Hours:

• Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
• Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
• Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
• Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week
