The Opportunity

No prior recruitment experience is required; the company will provide training through their Academy Training Program, supported by leadership and a dedicated Learning & Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Map markets and identify high-calibre technology talent.
- Source and engage engineering professionals.
- Build and manage candidate relationships.
- Interview and assess candidates.
- Develop expertise across the New York and San Francisco technology markets.
- Support senior consultants on client searches.
Initial focus will be on the candidate side of recruitment, with potential to progress into a specialist Recruitment Researcher or 360° Consultant role.
