About the Role
Goodman Masson is a leading international recruitment agency specializing in Technology and Financial Recruitment. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our elite Technology recruitment team in Manhattan, NY as a Recruitment Researcher.
You will join our Academy Training Program, a structured pathway designed to provide you with the necessary skills to thrive in recruitment. Through robust onboarding and support from our leadership and learning and development teams, you will quickly become a market expert. You will build your skills and confidence to identify, engage, and add value to top engineering talent within the New York and SF market.
Initially, your focus will be on the research and candidate side (180° recruitment). Upon mastering these foundations, you can choose to progress as a senior Recruitment Researcher or step into a 360° Consultant role with a sales and client focus.

- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre technology professionals
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Supporting senior team members with client projects
- Learning relationship management and talent advisory
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No prior recruitment experience is required.
