An entry-level opportunity to launch a career with a growing financial services team supporting investment funds and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger for client funds
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurate_ly_
- Collaborate with internal teams and management
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Completed at least 2 accounting courses
- 0+ years of experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
