About the Role
The Stock Associate supports the Stock Manager in warehouse and store responsibilities. This role also involves direct sales support to maximize store sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the safety of products and valuable material in the warehouse.
- Verifies product integrity.
- Enters goods into the inventory system.
- Organizes products in the warehouse according to established criteria.
- Prepares products for the sales floor (e.g., anti-theft tag, pricing).
- Maintains order in the warehouse.
- Prepares goods for repairs.
- Dispatches goods to clients, warehouse, or other stores.
- Aids in all e-commerce platform distribution.
- Ensures proper care of goods throughout the handling process.
- Supports the sales team to attain store sales targets.
- Assists the Store Manager with inventory preparations.
- Assists Management with monthly cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Executes all stock-related directions from Corporate partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Professional communication skills.
- Flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull boxes without assistance.
- Ability to pack, unpack, and move stock while supporting back-of-house functions.
- Ability to work standing or walking for shifts.
