Target Compensation: $20-$24/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll and support accurate, timely payroll administration.
• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close activities.
• Support grant accounting, financial analysis, and general accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Accounting, month-end close, reconciliation, or grant accounting experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn.
