Public Area Attendant

About the Role

Public Area Attendant at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and restock public restrooms and locker rooms.
• Ensure restrooms and changing areas are stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other necessary supplies.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in janitorial storage and utility closets.
• Sweep, mop, and hose down walkways and common areas.
• Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, windows, and entrance doors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Maintain clean guest lounging areas, including chairs, tables, and shaded cabanas.
• Assist with cleaning guest service offices and sales booths.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, debris, and lost items to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and vacuums, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support waterpark operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate company golf carts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, and cleaning for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in an outdoor waterpark environment and adapt to changing weather conditions.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
